Hairstyles to try on your photo

A haircut is easier to judge on the head you already have. These pages do not share one slider. Buzz is stubble, bald is a bare scalp, bangs cover the forehead, and the perm is roller-set waves rather than the curl control.

A hairstyle try-on answers a shape question: where the outline of your hair sits relative to your ears, jaw, and shoulders. It does not answer what a dye would do, and it does not grow a beard. Those are other categories, with other prompts. Start from Home if you landed in the wrong aisle, then come back to the cut itself.

What belongs in this category

Seven looks live here, and they are not interchangeable nicknames.

The Buzz cut filter draws clipper stubble and a visible hairline. It is one buzz, not a #1 versus #2 menu, and not a skin fade. If the crown comes back bare, the run drifted.

The Bald filter is skin. Shine, pores, the skull with no pepper. Do not feed it a buzz photo and expect the last millimeters to vanish cleanly. Do not call stubble a bald result.

The Bangs filter adds a fringe and should leave your length category alone. Curtain versus a full band is not a switch. A cowlick may be combed flat, which is the optimistic case.

The Short hair filter means above the ears and off the neck, still hair, not a shave. A chin-cropped selfie throws away the neckline and the sideburns.

The Long hair filter is one evening of length. Growing it is still years, and fine hair will not automatically become the thick sheet the model prefers.

The Curly hair filter is clumps, shrinkage, and frizz the generator may invent. It is an enum on the hair-change model.

The Perm filter is not that enum. There is no perm value on hair-change, and we do not substitute wavy_hair. A perm here is a prompt for regular roller-set S-waves, more uniform than genetic curl. If you cannot tell the two results apart, the perm missed.

How this differs from color and from facial hair

Hair color keeps the cut and swaps the pigment. Doing both in one file hides which change moved your face. Color refuses the hair-change model, because an empty hairstyle there defaults to long hair. Run the cut here and the dye on its own page.

Facial hair keeps the scalp hair and edits the jaw. A buzz plus a beard is two requests. One combined prompt hands you a new skull and a new jaw with no idea which failure mattered. Bangs are not short hair. Short hair is not a buzz. A buzz is not bald. Curly is not a perm. We ask the model to hold the face, ears, clothes, and background. When the nose moves, discard the haircut.

Credits, and the preview that does not refresh

Logged-out visitors get one watermarked preview for looks, not one per haircut. The long edge is 800 pixels, with EASYFACE on a diagonal, remembered by IP and cookie. It does not come back the next day, and an account adds no signup credits. HD has no watermark and costs 1 credit, one successful image. A failure refunds the credit or leaves the free preview unused.

Packs are $9.90 for 40 credits and $14.99 for 80 credits. The 80-credit pack is the one to start from if you will compare several cuts. Monthly is $9.90 for 60 credits that reset each cycle: no rollover, cancel anytime, no proration, no yearly plan.

Empty files, files over 8 MB, images with a short edge under 256 pixels, and a missing "This is me and I am 18 or older" checkbox never call the model and never charge. A missing model key fails the same way. These are adult faces only.

FAQ

Which page is the buzz cut?

The buzz cut filter, linked above. This index is the set of hairstyles to try on your photo, not a second buzz tool and not a guard chart.

Can I change color on the same run as the cut?

Not as the design. Cut pages that use hair-change set color to natural. Dye pages use a different model so they do not default into a long hairstyle. Stacking both changes in your head, from two files, is the cleaner comparison.

Why are perm and curly separate?

Different models, different patterns. Curly is an enum. Perm is a roller-set prompt. wavy_hair is unused. If the results match, the perm run did not hold the S-wave.

Does each hairstyle include its own free preview?

No. One watermarked look preview per logged-out visitor, across looks. A successful buzz spends it. The next cut needs a credit.

What if the face changes more than the hair?

The run missed. We ask for the face to stay recognizable and do not promise a perfect hold. A moved ear or a new jaw means the haircut in that image is not evidence. Last updated: 2026-10-08.
