How many free previews do I get?
One watermarked preview for this site, remembered by a hash of the IP and by a cookie. Signing up does not add a second one, and clearing the cookie does not reset the IP.
What does a credit buy?
One successful image. A failed generation returns the credit and does not use the free preview. The pack of 80 images is $14.99. The pack of 40 is $9.90. Neither pack expires.
Do you publish my photo?
No. The file stays in a private bucket. The browser receives the watermarked preview until the clean file is unlocked. Unpaid previews are deleted after 7 days. Email hello@easyfaceai.com to delete a stored photo sooner.
Is there a yearly plan?
No. There is a monthly plan at $9.90 for 60 images each cycle. Those credits reset and do not roll over. You can cancel anytime. We do not prorate a partial month.
How to pick a page
Open the page that names the change you want. A buzz cut, a color, and a beard are different jobs. If you open the wrong one, the model will do that job anyway, and you will be looking at a mix you did not ask for. The home bench will not run until a look is selected, for the same reason.
Hair color stays on the length in the photo. The cut pages can change the length. Bald is a bare scalp, not a very short buzz. A perm is roller-set waves, not the curly-hair control. Facial hair pages expect the starting photo that matches the label: no-beard starts from a beard. Face pages change one thing. Skin tone is lighter or deeper, with no race names. Age stays an adult. A smile moves the mouth. A fuller build keeps the face, the clothes, the pose, and the background.
Face blur is the exception. It runs in the browser, does not upload, does not use the free preview, and does not ask you to tick the age box. Use it when the frame is for someone else to see and the face should not be identifiable.
The free preview is one watermarked image for the whole site. After that, the paywall shows that image and offers the clean file for $14.99, which is 80 images. The other prices are on pricing. A failed run does not charge. Unpaid previews are deleted after 7 days. The longer version of that policy is on how it works.

If the result is wrong
A finished image can still be the wrong edit: a color page that also cuts the hair, a smile that redraws the jaw, a beard that covers the cheeks when you asked for a mustache. Do not pay for the clean file of that miss. Try another photo, or open the page whose name matches the job. Paying never reruns the model on the preview you already have. It only removes the watermark from that file.
An error before a file exists is different. Nothing was charged, and the free preview was not used. You do not need to email about that unless the card said a credit was taken and the balance did not return. That note goes to contact, and the rule is on refunds.
