How EasyFace handles your photo
You pick one look and upload one photo. The file must be JPEG, PNG, or WebP, at most 8 MB, with a short edge of at least 256 pixels. HEIC is converted to JPEG in the browser before it is sent. A file that fails those checks never reaches the model and never uses a credit or the free preview.
You tick “This is me and I am 18 or older.” The look does not run without that tick, except face blur, which stays on this device.
What is stored
The account email and the uploaded face are stored for this site. The original and the clean result go into a private bucket. The bucket is not public. A logged-out response contains only the watermarked preview, long edge at most 800 pixels, with the name EASYFACE across it.
The photo is sent to the provider that runs that one image. We do not sell the photo and we do not put it in a gallery. Face blur does not upload the file at all.
Deletion
An unpaid preview, and the clean file stored beside it, is deleted after 7 days. A paid clean file stays so you can download it from your library. Email hello@easyfaceai.com to delete the account email and any stored photo sooner. Say which account email you used.
Credits
The free preview is one per site, remembered by a hash of the IP and by a cookie. Clearing the cookie does not reset the IP. A successful paid image costs one credit. Spend the monthly credits first, then the pack. A failure refunds the credit. Paying for the preview that is already on screen downloads that clean file without a second model call and without a second credit.
What the model is asked to change
Cuts that the hair-change model can name, such as a buzz cut, bangs, short hair, long hair, and curly hair, go to that model with the color left natural. Bald, a perm, facial hair, and the face edits go to an edit model with a written instruction, because those outcomes are not values on the hair-change list. A perm is regular roller-set waves. It is not the wavy-hair value, and it is not the curly-hair page. Hair color never uses the hair-change model, because an empty style there falls through to long hair.
Skin tone is only lighter or deeper. Age is an older or younger adult, not a child. A smile changes the mouth, not the identity. Eyes change the iris. A fuller build keeps the face, clothes, pose, and background. None of these is a medical result.
What you see while it runs
The button reads Waiting Ns and the count starts at zero. The request itself is one upload, not a poll you have to refresh. The server waits up to about 90 seconds. If the provider fails, it tries once more on the same reservation. You are not charged for the retry. If both attempts fail, the credit comes back and the card shows the error. The free preview is counted only after a watermarked image has been stored.
Logged-in history keeps the result so you can return and download or buy it. Logged-out previews live for 7 days under the quota cookie and the IP hash. Paying from the paywall returns you to that same result. The success URL carries the preview id. It does not ask you to upload the photo a second time.
What never enters the bucket
Face blur draws on a canvas in the browser. You can drag a rectangle if the face box is wrong, then download the pixelated file from the device. There is no watermark, no credit, and no copy on our side. A HEIC photo is converted to JPEG in the browser before any other look uploads it, so the server receives JPEG, PNG, or WebP only. Files over 8 MB, or shorter than 256 pixels on the short edge, stop on the page.
