EasyFace AI stores the account email and the face photos you upload. Those files go into a private bucket for this site. They are not published on a public URL, and they are not placed in a gallery other visitors can browse.
A logged-out preview is a watermarked image. The long edge is at most 800 pixels, and the word EASYFACE is stamped across it. The clean full-size file is stored beside that preview and is sent to the browser only after this account has a paid order for this site.
What we keep, and why. When you create an account we store the email you typed and a session so you can return to the library. When a look runs on the server we store the photo you uploaded and the image the model returned. The free preview is one success for the whole site. We remember that with a hash of the IP address and with a cookie named ef_preview. The quota row stores the hash, not the raw address. Checkout stores the landing page, the referrer, campaign fields, country, and device with the order so a purchase can be matched to the visit that started it. We do not ask for a phone number. We do not use the order record to send a newsletter.
Who else sees the photo. The provider that runs that one image receives the file for the request. We do not sell the photo and we do not sell a list of users. Card payment is handled by Waffo. We store the product sku and the attribution beside the order. We do not receive the full card number. Face blur is the exception: it runs in this browser, the file is not uploaded, the private bucket is not written, and the free look preview is not used.
How long a file stays. An unpaid preview, and the clean file stored beside it, is deleted after 7 days. A paid clean file stays so you can download it again from the library. Email hello@easyfaceai.com from the account email and we delete that email and the photos stored for it. You do not need to attach the photo again. Name the address you used. A failed generation does not use the free preview, does not keep a credit, and does not leave a new file to retain.
Cookies on this device. The session cookie keeps you logged in. ef_preview marks a browser that already received the free preview. Clearing cookies does not clear the IP hash, so the same network does not get a second free image. sessionStorage keeps the landing attribution for the visit. localStorage keeps a note when you reached checkout and did not pay, so a later visit can show a link back to the same preview. That note stays on your device. It is not a second charge.
Age and whose face. A model look runs only after you tick that the photo is you and that you are 18 or older. Do not upload a minor. Do not upload someone else's face. Face blur does not show that checkbox because the file never leaves the device.
